About Bader's Furniture

Bader Furniture Co, established by Reuben and Jacob Auker in 1890, has been in the Shebelsky family since Nicholas and Florence Shebelsky, purchased the business from Isaac Zartman in 1953. In 1972, their son David, joined his father in the day-to-day operation of the family business. In 1978, the family incorporated the business with David Shebelsky serving as President and his wife, Sherri, serving as Secretary-Treasurer. In 2005, Sherri Shebelsky became President after the untimely death of David Shebelsky, who is greatly missed. Florence Shebelsky remains active in the business as Secretary-Treasurer. Sherri and her close-knit staff of sales associates Beverly Pesarchick, Marsha Matzura, Deborah Cooper and warehouse  manager Jeff Lukoskie, and deliveryman Damien Cerklewski are committed to serving the surrounding communities with quality home furnishings.

Bader’s feature several galleries in its 22,000 sq. ft. of showroom space including Flexsteel, Cochrane, La-Z-Boy, and Howard Miller grandfather clocks. Other brand names carried are Sealy, King Hickory, Pulaski, Peters-Revington, Hooker, and Stanley. We also carry a large variety of unique accessories many of which are purchased at the International Home Furnishings Market at High Point, North Carolina. Bader’s strives to provide the highest quality at the best price. Our store is set up in fully accessorized room settings, which give the customer an opportunity to visualize how the furnishings will enhance a home and accommodate one’s lifestyle.

We offer free delivery and set-up within a 50-mile radius of our store location. Home decorating advice is available upon request and by appointment. Special orders are not a problem for our experienced staff. Bader’s offers a variety of payment options to customers, including VISA, MC, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, 90-days to 12-month interest –free financing available with approved credit. (Anything over 90 days requires $1000 minimum purchase.) Customers may also choose our liberal 6-month layaway plan.
